I can't understand why he remember my achievement badge but do not save and so I've to start from the beginning every time. Can someone help me?

Spent a couple hours last night playing through half the game and doing all challenges. Wake up and it's all gone.. great.

I can't play the game. Everything keeps moving. My hero screen freaks out. My upgrades are unavailable. I can't even select any levels. This happened after the hero update..

Use bug report to tell them it won't save. The more people do the more likely it is they'll learn about it and fix it.

if you want to save the game:
1. Make sure your browser allows cookies.
2. Make sure your browser doesn’t delete cookies on exit.
3. If you are using any software that deletes cookies (like CCleaner), disable that feature.

My game was saving fine for days. I have not deleted cookies and do not have a program that automatically deletes cookies. Yet all my progress has disappeared :(
