Old glory has a warm up timer you have to hold it down, oh and sometimes holding it down doesn't work, so release and try again.
As for the game, eh, I have no idea how to get to level 40 on normal, those walkers are no joke, and all I can think of is to try to turtle in enough with shields.

Post Tips: Achieve Zombie badge by clicking as fast as possible. Don't worry about accuracy, just click. Also, use secondary weapon (shotgun) for the larger groups.

Post Tips: Achieve Hell Dining Badge by purchasing grenade launcher and telsa tower. Upgrade grenade launcher all the way then spend the rest on the tower. Now click like a madman!

Keep this alive, it helps. after day 1 buy Uzi. after day 2 buy a gunner. after day 3 buy a gunner. save till u can buy flamer joe. upgrade flamer joe a few times make sure his range is atleast 65. buy a SCAR at day7-8 and upgrade the ammo to 35, reload to 2+. you should upgrade wall to 200 around here. buy a shield generator and a laser tower. work on upgrading all your towers to full and upgrade your wall to 300. upgrade wall to 400. buy a better weapon (i got old glory). upgrade your wall to 500. just keep upgradin you weapon, wall, and repairmen. if u ever max your weapon and wall, buy the space laser incase of emergencies and start upgradin it. ive made it to wave 27 so far, and im confident it will get me to 40.

Campaign on Normal is nearly impossible, I made it to 25 and low and behold 2 new enemies rather than the usual 1 every so often. Also theres a bug that make planes invisible after their first appearance and in order to bring them down you have to shoot randomly in the air and anticipate it.

how to get hell dining badge and zombocalyptic badge:
Hell Dining-
Buy the quaker gun and upgrade it all the way. Secondly, get as many craftmen as possible.
Zombocalyptic-
Use the shotgun the whole time and aim it at the ones nearest the house and the groups.

Fun game,
For the Hell Dining Bade, I fuly upgraded 1 Quake fun, bought 51 gunmen, 3 repairmen, bought laser gun and upgraded its radius once, then upgraded the walls a few times.
Just focus on the biggest groups and you will do fine.

easy way to get hell dining badge is use the quake gun thing and keep firing very easy this way and have alot of repairmen
