easiest way to win CTF- buy and fully upgrade the grenade launcher. buy and upgrade evenly 3 fans. i survived for 5 mins or so before i gave up the game

stormblaz: it goes from east to west, not right to left. If you turn 180 degrees, the sun looks like it is going to opposite direction.

beat 43 days on normal setting.
Get shotgun, then Quake gun (for jeep insta-kills and the big rig), then space laser (for walking giants and tanks). Also get Tesla Coil (put in top most slot), then missiles, then shield.
and throw in maybe 10 gunman to snipe the jetpack dudes that even the tesla coil can't reach)
Midway through the game, even a slightly upgraded quake gun will take out most ground, while the tesla coil will take out all air.
16 repairman should resist even "invincible tanks" by level 35 around, but eventually all your final $ is going to go into repairmen anyway.
And I think beating level 44 and 45 just takes a bit of luck while aiming with your space laser. Although the quake gun becomes fairly useless by level 41 because it stops firing due to too many sprites on screen.

broke my prev record on CTF, just buy 49 gunmen and an uzi, after bout 8 mins on easy or 4 on hard just shoot at the clumps! =D

At 10 minutes, the flag hadn't gotten past the 20. 29 gunmen, fully upgraded Quaker. My finger got tired of clicking, so I let them finish it. Yeah, easy. Of course, that was like the third or fourth loadout I had tried :)

Auto shotgun freaked out. Worked fine for a level, then I looked at its stats, didn't change anything, and then from then on it fired its whole clip on a single click.
