Game is fun, but not my taste. 4/5.
I have all badges but the alamo, everyone seems to be having problems. Sparta easy way, 3 missile launchers with one fully upgraded, and grenade launcher as upgraded much as possible.

Pretty fun concept but the balancing is way off. One mistake (wrong buy) early on means the game is over. lvl 40 seems virtually impossible, even with infinite money in sandbox-mode I was not able to do it. Difficult to the point it gets stupid. 2/5

tried level 40 in sandbox mode. no combination of maxed weapons, towers, gunmen, repairmen, etc. even makes a dent in the enemy. The other modes are fun, but campaign mode is epic fail.

a reallly superb game! Would be nice to have a way to adjust quality in-game. Once I hit level 22 on campaign, everything got VERY laggy. w/ 3 towers, many gunmen, me shooting, and all the enemies, these days are creeeeeeping by.

the easyest way to clear spartan badge is to buy a lightning tower fully upgraded and a grenade launcher almost fully upgraded on the last thing and just shot your way trough 300 spartans

To the guys below, I reached day 14 by buying the Uzi after day 1, upgrading it slowly so that I could pass the next day just without a loss and saving all the rest up I could until I could buy the Flamer turret. After that it was a breeze (upgrade its range first).

good game... but... id only give it 4/5 because difficulty ramp in absurd.

Awesome, there was an invincible Jeep on Day 14 that got me killed. About 10 Grenades and 3 Uzi Mags didn't bring him down ...

having to redo the first 6 levels on campaign just to try something different against the jeeps on 7 is very frustrating
needs a save or at least a few redo level chances

Difficulty slope is kind of steep. On easy in campaign mode, one bullet kills with desert eagle. I've been able to play to day 5 without spending any money. On normal difficulty enemies take 2 bullets, you get less money, etc etc. I dread to wonder what hard and why god have in store.

My guide for spartan mode
Buy fully upgrade grenade laucher, and 2 missle lanuchers, then upgrade 1 to DEATH, like 7 missles and max damage. Then spam grenades where there needed and its really easy

for survivning the 300 challenge just get fully uped grenade launcher then uprgrade your wall a couple times then buy 20 repair men. easy victory

for the zombies, when it start unload all of your handgun ammo again and again, when they get 3/4 of the way there, switch to shotty and finish

OK THIS IS HOW TO DO 300 CHALLENGE!! I suck so I failed a lot until I did it this way. Buy a grenade gun and max out all stats. Then buy as many repairmen as you can. Then buy a quake box. I think I upgraded the quake box's fire rate twice and then realized I had no wall, so I think I had enough money left to buy one wall upgrade, not that I needed it. Just keep pumping grenade rounds into the front row of their advance. Between the grenades and the quake box they are on the ground more often than not. And the few who do get to the wall, whatever damage they do is canceled out by the repairmen. I finished at 200/200 for my house. Good luck and keep this alive for everyone else who sucks as much as I do at this game.

To beat the sparta badge use The Quaker and 3 Flamer Joe. Get a few repairmen. Upgrade the gun. Keep knocking them down and let the Joes do the killing. -sunhawk

TL;DR: Game balance fail. Hard badge cannot be won without cheat.
Campaign on Normal is ~literally~ impossible without cheating. I don't mean it's an impossible badge worth 60 points and you can beat it if you're really good. Try Normal Sandbox, level 40, infinite money, buy and use whatever you want. You will lose. I tried it with 900 gunmen and 900 repair (which is 10x what you'd have at level 40 in the campaign).
