Three hours later - finaly reach lvl41, and what do you get? Fisty McBeefPunch - who can't even kill once of the mech enemies. They should make it a one-hit killer if you have to go through all of that to unlock it in Campagin Mode.

I got up to day 27 took me an age! and then i died!
i don't have time to try again.
But for anyone else, don't underestimate flamer joe, upgraded chainsaw and shield.
old glory is good, but way too inaccurate at the start and takes too long to start up it's like having to reload every time you want to stop and start firing!
next time (if there'll be one) i'll try the lazer type gun thingy for the tanks. everything else a chainsaw is good enough :)
...except, how the heck do you take out those plains!!!

Flamethrower on campaign is a bad idea. Gunmen kill people before they even get to the flamethrower and gunmen r a must.

Annoyingly buggy. The Spartans and Zombies are simple, but the campaign is nearly impossible to finish because enemies become magically immune to damage from time to time. Small enemies who get "stuck" in later levels aren't a real problem - you can repair faster than they can dish out damage - but you're toast if a big guy becomes unkillable. Happened to me on level 38 and again on level 35 the next go round. The badge should be moved to "Impossible."

For the spartans.. get 3 fully upgraded quake tower, and a fully upgraded grenade launcher [this should be plenty] and then just use the rest on wall or gunmen, depending on which you want (no spartan even passed the half way mark)
