last update i said "Oh, it will be done in 2 weeks" and 5 weeks later, it was done. So i'm zipping my lips. But we are working toward it. This week, we did some tests with 3rd-party servers to see which ones are best for GrindCraft.
next to the Outpost item is the Oupost Exporter. Once you click on Outpost, you can then click on Outpost Exporter.
Doing so opens up a webpage which has ads on it. Wait five seconds and then click on the yellow SKIP AD button in the upper-right. This will download the map.
After the map has downloaded, follow the instructions here: http://www.wikihow.com/Download-Minecraft-Maps (scroll down to "Method 3 of 3").
If you combine 2 Outposts to make a Station, you will no longer have any Outposts to export. But as long as you have an Outpost, you can download the build as many times as you want.

This is an excellent start. Some suggestions: 1) Holding the mouse button down should repeat production. This will drastically reduce clicks. 2) Inventory management. There absolutely neeeeeeds to be a way to delete items, move items around, sort, etc 3) Confirmation on the trash can. This is something that should have never been skipped, especially with no way to delete items. You're basically inviting people to reset their game by accident. 4) Speed of accumulation needs to be tweaked way down. One worker shouldn't give me thousands of an item in 5-10 minutes. This may help with memory and processing as well. 5) Give achievements something tangible in terms of reward. This could be tied into resource accumulation. 6) Tabs, tabs, tabs....Craft and Inventory should have tabs. Armor/Weapons, raw materials, tools, workers/soldiers, etc....Kong is not scroll friendly.
i remember a similar post from a few months ago. some of these have been changed already.
currently, there's no plan to do tabs in inventory. thinking it through: consider you have diamonds in one tab and wood products in another. you have to build a scepter. you mouse over it, and the stick and diamond item highlight to show you what you need... but they are hidden behind tabs. in order for the player to have a visual queue as to what to do, diamonds and sticks need to be in the same viewable area.
trash can has been removed since update 2 or 3 i think.
Craft and Inventory can become separate tabs. In the Layout tab in Settings there's a check box for it.

Don't know how to edit my previous comment, so update: Building an extra port did not actually reactivate the map. I assumed it would but it didn't, now I can't progress :c

The game's a lot of fun, but when I loaded after closing it for the night it put me in the first area without a map so I had to build another ship to continue. I still have all my resources, just put me in the starting area. All my gatherers also stopped working until I built another one.
great suggestions. had not yet thought about becons, but that's something to consider. yes, in the next update, we hope to see both the wither and something like a shop. thanks for taking the time.

very very very massive suggestion part 4 (its backwords)
Another request: The shop. You would be able to sell things in quantities of 1/2/5 multiplied to a power of 10 (powers of 10 are 1,10,100,1000,10000,100000, etc.) for some money, which could be used to hire workers, e.g. money+house+farm=villager, and then more money to get smart villagers, more money for pigman villagers, knights cost alot, higher level knights cost more, and a check box to activate auto-sell, which would sell things that you specify when you want to buy a worker. To specify something for auto-sell you could right click on it.

30 XP + 10 diamond block = a enchanted diamond. And yes, i know, enchanted diamonds and enchanted diamond blocks required for beacons are not in normal minecraft, but that is because otherwise we would AFK all night and have tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of diamonds. To make an enchantment table, sacrifice 10 witches (after all, they're magical w/ potions.) continued...

very very very massive suggestion part 2 (its backwords)
Then you can use 3 obsidian, a nether star, and 5 glass to make a beacon, like normal minecraft. It would be called "t0 beacon" Then you can use 9 "enchanted" (explained later) diamond blocks and the t0 to make a t1 beacon. you can then use that to add a permanent speed boost to ONE thing - for city state example, mobs/farm/mine/overworld, then another 25 to make it a t2, and select 2 to have perma-speed boost. another 49 to make it a t3, and select 3 to have perma-speed boost. Another 81 to make it a t4. "enchanted" diamond blocks would be gained with 9 enchanted diamonds each. A enchanted diamond would come from a enchantment table, and then you would gain XP occasionally. continued..

Very very very VERY massive suggestion part 1 (its backwords)
Wither. When you get the nether sled, it has a chance to also get a wither skeleton. Wither skeleton has 100% chance to drop bone (if you find a use for that if there isnt already one) coal, a 2.5% chance (1/40) chance of dropping a wither skeleton skull, like normal minecraft. Also add soul sand to the nether sled drops. Then, using 3 wither skeleton skulls and 4 soul sand, you can craft a nether star (assuming you also have some sort of knight) continued...

This game needs an enchantment table. You could use bookcases as what to use to get better enchants and you could get like fortune on your pickaxe and get more ores or something like that.

That. Was. MIND-BLOWING. This is what I've been on kongregate for ten years to see. This right here! Thank you jetspice for this incredible experience!
when you click on the downloadable item, it takes you to a new webpage. this is an advertisement -- dont' click any buttons until 5 seconds. you'll see a yellow "Skip Ad" button in the upper-right appear. Click that and the playable map will download. Then, follow the instructions here: http://www.wikihow.com/Download-Minecraft-Maps (scroll down to "Method 3 of 3")
we're making it so you can go back to any location on the map where you'll be able to download the builds. Some builds get used up, though. Like when you build a Castle, it uses up a Keep. So, your Castle will be there to download as many times as you want. But there's no Keep anymore.

I was in the Hogwarts (I didn't remember the spelling) and when
I close it and open it again I came back to the start again. Please do it in the next update. Thank you.
Currently there's a glitch in the save function we're fixing. Until we get it fixed, just pause the game before closing. But also make sure flash has permission to save stuff. Go here: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html

once workers are obtained the game seems way to easy! they need to be more balanced and less op. after 5 minuets of playing got some workers and not even 5 minutes later I already got like 40 diamonds! way to easy. please work on that
