IDK i think the rank 90 hat is a rumor....but anyways who would reach 90? and the thunder hat....well a friend told me about it he said it look like an exp hat but with a thunder rod in it

SubspaceGalaxy you are totally wrong cowboy hat is for Jiggmin AND for player-made-maps you randomly get it in player-made-maps though but now you NEVER get it in campaign.
