Actually @miztickow, if you can read the instructions it says it changes day to do, so you'll have to log into each server until you find one with the levels and @Mateuskater, cowboy is an unfair win, it's not like you wouldn't use it

Plz somene where can i find this? New York completed in 1:15 or under – It's sort of like a baker's dozen. New York can be found on the Carina server.

@HmTT: Yes, it is. Campaigns are switched every day, so the Original Campaign (the one that has It's New York) switches between servers every 24 hours.

anyone else having problems with finding the correct "It's New York" race? I can't complete the quest because of this.
