why when i shoot someone with a lazer or sword they dont lose their hat? But when they do it to me i always lose my hat..It tends to happen with the higher lvl, is it some glitch or hack?

well someone yesterday was saying jiggmin was making a new hat and that was why we coulndt check login then when we could check login he said jigggmin was done making the hats
