Put ur stats to 0 [all]
And then press double click on the 0 of speed and put any number higher than 100 and it will appears. =)

no it isnt its rank 150 because if you earn 1 skill point every time you level up, you need 150 skill points to get 100 of all stats so the max rank is 150
