You can only get the badges if you have an account. It doesn't register if you play as a guest. It's not documented in the badge! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARG! How stupid is that? To add insult to injury the game can't authenticate automatically with the Kongregate login. :(

did anyone know these if you enter your username you can make it upper case of lower
EX:mine is 132qw i enter 132QW and my right password and i got 132QW in the game.
