It's already Christmas in Asia, though I doubt Platform Racing II Players in Asia at the moment would receive the Santa Hats for sure. That is because the servers aren't there, and as is based on the maker of the game's final decisions.

Birimei, if you took the time to go to the jiggmin.com forums, you'd know that the santa hat is real. He said it himself... and we all saw it.
