Handy tip; if you set your acel to 25 and trade the rest in for speed, then you have great speed when starting to run, and when running for a while

no i can get mine to 147 with out hacking u just take all of your stats off and the highlight your speen the type 999 and then it will show u 150 or somthing like that

accelaration was a factor it always is you thought it wasn't but it is if you have less than 40 acel then it will take ages to get full speed so he prob had a high speed but high acel as well

is it possible to attain speed greater than 100 in pr2 without hacking. i have speed 100 and got caught from behind by someone. this was when we were at a full clip, so acceleration was not a factor.
