Suddenly My level disappeared and my friendlist is always changing in numbers and later everything appears again and so on.

is some1 here a F@H pro i installed F@H but at da bottom of the screen it say 97/500 help plz i dont no what it do and how itgo up (increase the W.U bye ;)

Should be another hard badge which is: Hat Lover Badge (Hard - 30 Points)
Get 3 hats in PR2. You must look at your account tab for this badge to be in your badges!
