Apparently people still havn't figured it out. About Mods&Crowns: There is only 3 ways that you can get the Crown hat. #1) Jiggmin/ another Admin personally gives one to you for a specific reason (This is highly unlikely but has happened in the past) {Asking an Admin will automatically make this one unattainable}

So. Yes, people saying "Rate my lvl 5 and I'll give you Crown" is a fake. People Pm'ing you saying "Gimmie pass, I can get you crown" is fake. And if you don't beleive me, click the persons name that is sending it to you; it's a 95%
