ehh... I was #1 on the all-time board for mario remix, candyland and new york for about 2-3 days, but now I'm only in the first 5. And how did that guy pass mario remix in 32s and candyland in 21s? cheat lol ?

The Cowbody hat (not to be referred to as "cowboy hat") allows the user to swim without water and have total control over the jumping. The Cowbody hat is limited as it's currently in Preview mode (only seeing it a few times), and it's edgy as whether or not it will make a full release.
