Just the same as the first. Only this time, more badges and customization of your racer. Again i do not find that this is an amazing game. 3/5.

It depends, but usually you can get them by going to random races. The propellor hat is gotten by beating the hat factory, but crown and cowboy hat are gotten with folding at home. (f@h)

The best and most original campaign maps are the ones by Zerostar(Oo) to me. nerdy's maps are good too. Yes lowercase n in nerdy.

Aj you arnt rank 99 thats impossible unless you hacked which I know you didnt because their is only 1 person that has hacked their rank.
