cowboy hat is a RANDOM hat and it appearss for every one in the game (when it appears) in random colors and it can be on any map. It makes it like you can swim in air, like all the level is filled with water blocks its pointless cuz even if u finish race u cant keep to early to confirm if ucan win it for good as a specail prize but probably not

this game is lame compared to the first one its just not put together well and it doesn't play as smoothly as the first

for all the people asking about the hat.
when your playing random levels any level made by anyone sometimes you will be wearing a cowboy hat which is bugged that makes you look like swimming so its like the whole game is filled with water but not thats why you can fly. also you cant get the hat its just a bug and you cant keep it after the level even if you win

omfg i just got that cowboy hat youre talking about but i didnt keep it must be going to be a new hat which was bugged

i think people wearing exp hat just got a prop hat while in game so their wearing both hats which would look like a cowboy hat or vice versa

Actually, I was against one person and I got a cowboy hat. It was a house party or something, on the newest games. This was about 2 hours ago though :l
