Eclipse: Feet and head are won at blacklight and razor blade (respectively) with 4 people. Kong hat: you should have it. Exp hat: random event. Propeller hat: win hat fac. Santa hat: same as exp hat. Crown hat: use F@H. Cowboy hat: same as crown hat.

You can get a cowboy hat at level 50, or with 100,000 F@H points. (Too lazy to elaborate on the F@H part, just google it.)
