yoshi, you dont have to in to get the propeller, you get it by finishing at all. i came dead last in a 3-person race and got it

You get the propeller hat when you beat Hat Factory. If you play with more than yourself then quit. You have to win Hat Factory to get the Propellor hathope that helps
