the reason he said relax it's 420 seconds is because the scores at the bottom says the best so far in seconds and 7 minutes is 420 seconds, it's not a drug reference.

I get to do 1 race then it waont work anymore and I beat the first race like 12 times under the time limit for the first badge and i get nothing. And theres like 12 Like new york maps.

every time I try to play, i get a "server looks to be temporarily down" error. Does "temporarily" mean "permanently"? Because it seems that way.
