pr3 should have banana costumes and a flying pig costume and maybe like a back wear like a cape gives extra gliding abilities or somthin or bat wings inhance jump

Kong hat: Gives 1.25 multiplier of xp
Xp Hat: GIves 2X multiplier of xp
Prop Hat: Holding up results in slowly floating instead of flying downwards fast.
Santa Hat: Freezes any block you touch on except green blocks, crumbling blocks.
Crown: Makes you invincible you cant get hurt by anything.
Cowboy Hat: Lets you fly around.

platform 2? I think you mean three, and yes he is, thats why so low a level (his making a third one) or he cant be bothered to play PR2...
