no it isnt its rank 150 because if you earn 1 skill point every time you level up, you need 150 skill points to get 100 of all stats so the max rank is 150

It's a good game but if u have a good hat like a santa hat or an xp. hat a lot of noob faggots that don't have hats will be trying to steal it but they can't keep the hat forever as soon as the race is done and you don't have yor hat on becuz it was stolen then u will still have it.
