propeller: you can fall down less quick by pressing up
cowboy hat: ONLY OBTAINABLE BY SOMETIMES PLAYING A CUSTOM LEVEL YOU DO NOT KEEP! it makes you able to fly
crown: you can't get hit with guns mines or swords abd if u have some other persons hat they cant get it back:)
