Wow, really great concept.
You succesfully create a base of players and levels without creating an unfair, spammy system infested with an uncontrollably diverse (in the negative way) user-base. Diverse as in mature users, newer mature users, and just plain spammy ones.
I have to comment on your leveling system. It's terrific. You take the level system of your previous game PR and bring it to a whole new level.
