Under rating threshold (show) I was ran 19 when you have to have 2081 exp i reached that and became level 20 when i logged back in i was rank 19 again.. it made me pissed.

Under rating threshold (show) Same here, Twi5t3d. I've saved 300-700 points, several times, logged out, and the points were missing when I came back. Even lost a level I'd gainted. This sucks.
