Just so you know, it's not passing the levels that's hard. It's easy.
It's passing them with enough money to buy stuff.

the slammer is freakin fun! haha
just go fast and rite as ur about the rear end or t-bone a car(preferably a cop car) deploy the slammer and watch them fly...much better than mines in my opinion...love the game

So do you get anything for killing civilians or is that bad? I cant figure it out. Killing cops=Good. Killing civilians=???
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
very fun but different cars and actually being able to go in and steal stuff would be fun and a highway that turns. more levels guns and options and like a free mode

Completed the game without failing once. Never had a need for anything above the basic mines; found the Slammer to be useless with my tactics.
To be honest, I'd much rather play the game in the mission descriptions; it seem a much more interesting thing that the repetitive snoozer we actually have.

Ahh.
A save feature is necessary.
Plus, when you go into slow-motion (or the game does it automatically to show you something), the clock still ticks normally. That must be fixed.
4/5, after noticing that.

6. Has anyone noticed that at intersections, even civilians run into other civilians? Has this game ever heard of stop lights? 7. It might be better if the specialists actually did something, besides just give you a money bonus at the start and unlock more missions. However, despite its flaws, this game still deserves at least a 4. If it were to be updated, or perhaps a "The Heist 2" be made with some of the suggestions in the comments here carried out, I would consider it one of the best games on Kong. A 5++!

3, the AI for the policemen is horrible. All they do is slowly drift over until they're in the same lane as you while shooting at you, not bothering to avoid civilians at all, or even recognize that they are there. The policemen killed a hell of a lot more civilians than I did using my strategy :P (Wherever this game is supposed to take place, remind me never to live there.) 4. The "Slammer" weapon is the worst of all. Yay, my car takes up more space and I knock guys farther. Too bad I still get hurt from crashing into them, and then even more for the explosion, if it happens to explode. It should at least void the penalty for crashing into someone from the side when you're using it. 5, as everyone else has already said, it is way too repetitive. Perhaps make the missions actually be missions? And not just levels of difficulty for getting from Point A to Point B.

Did anyone else notice that braking makes you turn like three times as fast? Using that, I found that the best strategy for all levels (until you get the missiles, where the best strategy is just to blow everything up. Money gained > Money lost with missiles. A direct hit with a missile on a large cop gains about 20k, and about 8-10k for a small cop.) was just to drive on the furthest right lane on the wrong side of the road. All the police cars will drive over to you and then get slammed by the civilians going the other way, racking up money for you, while all you have to do is brake and turn when any cars come down your lane. Also, it may be just me, but I've never heard of policemen ramming into civilians, even making them explode, just to try and stop a high-speed chase. There's a couple of other faults too. Number one, civilians shouldn't be making lane changes onto the wrong side of the road. 2, almost every weapon is detrimental except for missiles and (maybe) mines.

This game has a couple of faults. such as, if a car behing you explodes, no matter how far away you are, you can't avoid the explosion!

first played this on NG. Love it, and to quote Mtm_Duyn, "not sure what it is but i love this game 5/5"
Someone at NG screwed up, i think they got the width wrong. Either side of the screen that says "mission x" is white (or grey...?). you might want to look into that.

1/5 I think the game is seriously flawed. When you get to the bank mission it is nearly impossible to keep credits. On more than one occasion no matter how well I am avoiding damage there is a cluster of 4 cops and even more civilians which reduce me from 80k to 20k and then it happens a second time. I have tried to do this in several types of methods and each time it comes out to 0 credits. Getting better weapons to tackle this seems like a daunting task that I don't want to do. The game is a good concept and plays good in the beginning but ends up being a severe disappointment.

Goog game, but seems like it can use some more work...
Why is there a timer, and why does the amount of time change by only two seconds?
Kind of repetive, is hard to not have to do missions over to get more cred.

I'm disappointed that this game is all about getting away and nothing about the actual job.
(In the ShadowRun RPG) This evening I and my team was hired to kill 6 researchers in a ~70 person company and steal their research data. One character made things interesting by using the explosive they'd developed to create a distraction...which basically blew the whole building to pieces. The toxic-mage decided to subdue the crowd outside (we'd set off the fire alarm to get inside) by spraying _acid_ all over them, nearly killing everyone. We then plugged the 6 targets and left (next session will be getting away and getting paid).

5/5 Great concept. I like that you can blow people up in so many different ways. the jumps really add something to the game. needs badges though. The weapons are also really creative (gotta love the slammer).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
OK game, but needs a few tweaks - The weapons are in the wrong order, and it's too difficult to use them effectively to gain point - the police explosions usually do more damage than they are worth.
The two best ways to earn money are with the missiles (fair enough) and complete avoidance of everyone by repetitive use of the jumps (boring!)
