Under rating threshold (show) For Pacifism, I use the General with the Full-Auto Passive Skill and just spam the weapon (crouching is advised). You have to use a tesla coil kill streak with the Engineer in the direct center of the Base map between the two bouncy things to get the Medal Game Breaker.
