yeah, definitely some bugs with item quality, i've got a perfect lvl 27 superalloy vest with 43 armor and a flawless lvl 26 superalloy vest with 46 armor, i've seen other ones as well

May i suggest to make a load before the start of the mission ? I'm not a developer but i think this may help reducing the lag by loading in the memory only the weapons, armor and soldiers necessary for that round
