But what about the pinatas? Yeah, they contain lots of good stuff...lots of *random* good stuff. Not to mention a fixed chance of getting some *really* good random thing. You get where I'm going with this, right? Yes, a chance to inject EVEN MORE STUPID BRAIN-DEAD BLIND LUCK LUCK LUCK LUCK LUUUUUUUCK into a game that was already bursting at the seams with it. Seriously, why not just drop the remaining pretense and have the player push a button at the beginning of the run to determine how it goes? Heck, Animal Kaiser does that and it's wildly popular. Besides that, this is just the same 'ol grindfest where you have to save up for powerups (which do help, but not nearly enough) and pray for everything to go just right once. [cot'd]

When I'm forced to watch hundreds of commercials and actually start *appreciating* having the break, you know a game's gone seriously off the rails. First off, the thing that's so furstrating about this game (and why I definitely don't recommend it for newbies) is how you'll MISS, MISS, MISS a gazillion things by inches. These lucadors' ability to graze powerups or dive to a powerup and slam into a worthless air gummy is superhuman, to the point where it's going to look like a damn fluke *every time* you get something valuable. Then of course there are the cops, who I'm now convinced are in there solely to make the game even more unbearable, reinforced by the fact that there's no countermeasure against them (that "reduce slowdown" powerup is an absolute joke). Honestly don't mind the grind, but (especially with the microtransactions and timers)m this should have been a cloud save. The fact that if I wanted to do a couple tosses at home, then a few at work, and they are separate files is kinda dumb on a game this long.

Played an hour or two. made it passed thefirst cake and then some. Got a free pinata but the video thing didn't work. but i still got it and when it was finished it thought it was the end of a throw and it froze. when i refreshed all my progress was lost...

I remember seeing that spot where the recipes go in the top corner before getting to the portals stage and thinking "oh, so we have to earn missions this time. That's neat." Got to the part where it actually tells you there are two recipes and I'm thinking "huh, wonder what they're gonna do with this." Then I read the forums and saw that they were literally *spoiler* *spoiler* *spoiler* just recipes and I'm thinking "Wow." I think that's all I have to say, not good or bad, just wow.

Is there going to be more content added? I've played a little while the game was still in beta and had the gold chests. Then it was swapped over to missing recipe pages. I've finished the game in 13 days and spent kreds to get all the permanent goodies. I hope that there will be more levels to be added.

I like how it generally looks like the pineapple lady is enjoying herself compared to the recurring protagonist. This is all new and exciting to her, whereas Bison surely is thinking "This is my life now."

Someone tell me this is a beta release!? First off I love these games and gave it 5 Stars, but I would have waited for the full version. You need to buy both ad eraser and pinatas to win in a reasonable time and have fun. I'm not opposed to paying, but I want to win on skill not a bunch of party favors. This game has great potential, but:
• This game has NO ENDING.
• And more story! Recipes are awesome real-world bonus, but can't copy paste text into my notes.
• Needs achievements and goals or something like that with pinata-type rewards.
• One big idea for all Kongregate games, why not have a high score menu for number of plays/tries/attempts it takes to win -- lowest attempts wins.
• The game is too myopic at times. I'd like to see an overview of the damage I'm doing to the cake door.
• The bison doesn't have a balanced special skill
• Etc. I have more ideas and found some bugs, but Jeez I should be paid for giving feedback on a beta version, not having to pay.

You know you have some serious balancing issues when your entire playerbase hates having to play as your titular character.

Graphics are amazing and the names are hilarious. But the upgrades cost waaaaayyyy too many coins, I've been playing for over a day and still in same area. I wish they would make the upgrades easier to get, cause eventually I get tired of the same level and play another game.

FML: Burrito Bison edition.
1. You rush a powerslam, double tapping by mistake, and miss everything while using up your slams
2. You have a Potential K.O, chilli, sauce and 'snapper' but Bison is your launchadore.
3. You have a potential K.O, chilli, sauce and 'snapper' with Pollo but you miss that frickin' launch
4. You use your last slam, aiming for a much needed special gummy, only to realise you would have got it if you had left it alone.
5. 1 police gummy, 2 special gummies, you hit the police.
6. Hit a good special just before the wall.
7. Just about to get the Diamond on the worm gummy, before you go under the wall and end up shooting back above ground.
8. Hit a crap gummy, which appears from nowhere, when you were aiming for the Prickily bear.
8. When you don't have 'click to read article' or 'Zombie SAS' as your advert.
Enjoy and add!

Ok, time to be serious. This is one of those games that suffer because potential and execution didn't get along. The advertisements and the pinata's don't bother me, what bothers me is that pinata's are absolutely required to make any sort of real progress. The developers decided to try and keep players playing longer by turning the game into an uphill battle instead of adding quality content such as new modes, new game+, etc to expand gameplay. It's a cheap tactic, and if every developer decided to take this approach there would be no market for gaming. Which is proof that crap like this gets no demand. 2/5, the 2 is for potential and nothing else.

YEAH ! Awesome mega bug !
I got my "free" pinatas, inside got a *2 gold, I launch, beat the bunny for 3M4 cash. So at least 10M2 at the end of the game (3M4 *1.5 *2), finish the end boss to get the gummy pack... and... No launch end ! So no reward ! It restart at the beginning where you can open the gummy bag to get the portal...
So I guess f*ck my cash and the time spent watching the same kong ad over and over !
And the *2 gold timer decreased, the chili bomb got triggered during the end scene so f*ck that too !
We got it that you wanted to cash in with BB ! But when I go to the post office to get my mail or package they don't ask me to watch an ad to get it !

What a disappointment to have to watch a minute long ad ... only to see that "oops, the video didn't play. Try again!" -- except, YEAH IT DID! Watching the same video twice and then giving up. I was so looking forward to this, but as everyone else has said, too grindy, not enough fun.

Gaining physical recipes at the end is either the worst anticlimax or the most bizarre post-modern joke I've seen in a very long time

I was happy to see this, as i've enjoyed the previous games, but by god. This is the worst one by far due to how slow things are. This is obviously made so that people would uby goodies due to how slow this is without anything extra. It's a shame.

Ref: Rezkili's comment on no ending. I guess they were planning to add more content? But even so they need to add a comic strip that shows the nemesis defeated but building some new machine or something like that to reward reaching the current end point.
I was pretty disappointed when I unlocked the first recipe and it was - just a recipe - zero in-game bonus. I feel something should change - even if it is aesthetic such as a picture of bison's family who initially have empty plates and are trashing the BBQ in anger, but then gradually the picture starts to look happy as you find the recipes and their plates fill up.

People here need to look at this with a grain of salt. 90 percent of the recently released games on Kong are all idle or grinding games. This is a good launcher game that does plenty to change up the passe over a few hours. Bison 3 has lot of content, especially compared to bison 1 and 2.
