I wonder how many times i have to smash a door with my head before I can break that door... it only takes 5 times in real life! Why cant i smash it? It's like a wooden door made of iron!

I've been trying for a couple of days to break the 40 sec. barrier in story mode. A couple of times I did 40.70… Any ideas? Is it possible to activate the chilli bomb manually?
