Hmm actually they are all running towards the vault in panic.
And seeing that the intro shows that he jumps back in after getting out they have just been destroyed by him pretty much.
So what if they just totally forgot about the wallet and now quickly try to get there to get the wallet to make the bison leave? i mean why else would they carry bombs and rockets towards the vault if they wanted to fight the bison they would carry the weaponry away from the vault towards the intruder but nope in panic they try to get to the vault to blast it open and get the wallet while the bison merciless slaughters the innocent citizens running for their lives :o

You see a bison about to buy something , he cant find his wallet , he jumps into a bag marked " CANDY LAND " . He dose not come out for sevral days... you say to your self " well that's no reason at ALL to call the cops, just avreage every day life "

i like how people question menial things like how is there so much money or why does everyone go so fast, personally the game in its entirety is questionable to me, i mean why the frack is the candy animate?

when he finishes lanunching , he dusts him self off and runs back. why dosn't he just walk to the door, use the rocets to open the door ? and the police offecers , he can already beat them up . but nooo instead he HAS to launch him self , he HAS to make his vist to candy land BIG and hard , he HAS to get his wallet , did he ever hear of a debut card, or a credit card ? this is one weird bison ...

kills hundreds of gummy bears just to get his wallet back ... got his wallet back and can't stop killing gummy bears... hates all the gummys because a bunch of them stole his wallet... I hope they give him another reason for a sequel....or how about a prequel?

Here's a tip,if you are trying to achieve any perfect launch challenges you can just pause and restart after a perfect launch and the counter will not reset,making it easier to move along in missions etc.

When you get an upgrade or two for the airplane, you can just hold down the mouse and get a sweet impact (gaining money & speed) versus gaining speed.
