My game was not responding anymore when i use power strike with my Q instead of tab. I was a knight and i put spear in my quick slot weapon.

I'm on dark temple 11/16 with a lightning mage, just crashed 7 times in a row. Weird part is, I have no idea what is causing this. I don't have any status effects, no enemies are under status effects, I'm just running around blasting things with a +3 greater lightning staff, lightning bolt, and shock, and suddenly the screen freezes.

very hard game and not possible to set any difficulty level, suddenly 10 enemies from nowhere and all hp lost after 2-3 hits no matter how much char has

This is such an awesome series! Easily my favourite f2p roguelike. However, I've always been disappointed by the lack of bosses. Sure, there are strong minions (like crystal golems against a Ranger), but there's nothing that really makes me shiver in m boots, even on the side missions. Do the devs have any plans to add them to RF3?

Loved the game found it to be really fun, the many of combinations of play styles that are available for each class are tons of fun and time.

Also, a more serious suggestion: When playing a melee type, can we please get to hit the explosive mushrooms with our melee weapons? Ranged and magic weapons have no issues with this, but it's frustrating to be blocked and have my only option be to take damage if I want to push through.

Little bit awkward to be rolling through a level with ease, go down, then hit a lava area filled with six or seven ranged monsters that do 15 damage a hit.

lots of dying here, which is fine. In the same thought as many of these comments i wish there was some carryover. 1 item. an option to roll some dice and start at lvl 5 on the 4th floor....something. the 1st 5 levels bore me and a few more and i'll move on.

upon loading the game, if you leave it running without starting the game, it will show "BLACK SCREEN" and you will need to reload the page

I just died with amazing equipment on vault 15 on an attempted 45min run with a whole bunch of consumables I could have used.
Know why??
Because the PITS that archers CAN shoot oever look almost exactly like WALLS they CAN'T shoot through. I walked "out of line of sight" and the arrow passed through a "wall" and killed me, and it took a second to realize what happened. Ruined my best run. I'm done with this for a while.
Determines if you can wield a shield or offhand item at the same time. If you have a two hand weapon equipped, your secondary slot is shown as red in your inventory and its stats are not applied. I'm not a fan of having to micromanage inventory so rather than making you manually equip / unequip shields it essentially just does it automatically behind the scenes.

@hankmurphy There are some dead end floors, likely higher up you encountered a floor with two down staircases. You need to backtrack and find the other one.

I seem to have more talent for playing the mages. so far I finished with necro, enchanter and a lucky stormmage who got swiftness and charm from tomes and in the end had a +3 charm of blink just in case things got too tough.

You really need a luck and a whole lot of time. I have won 1 time and lost 25. The easiest character is the Ranger the other characters need some increase in stats because if you go to the jungle or clock you lose no matter what

I just died because I was pressing a normal key to move, but there was a trap there, so it fired my staff weapon onto the exploding trap, which I was in range of. I was otherwise in a perfectly safe area so there'd be no reason take the damage; and I wasn't watching closely because normally the not walk into traps things prevents problems. I also had levitation active if it matters. So please fix the bug; it shouldn't auto-fire on a trap that could hit you when you just issue a normal move command (I used the keypad)

Hello, i need some help here. On Sewers 4/4 there are 4 switches in 4 rooms, and I can only pull two of them. Every inch is explored and every enemy is dead. There is no down staircase, so my game is over unless you can solve this.

Would be really nice to have an indication if a talent requires a certain weapon/item to work (i.e. Deflect requires the use of a shield, so a Ranger can't really use it).

Great game! i love roguelike games and i've been playing this one for like 3 days now.
I would like to report a bug:
I've managed to get to a map called sewers 4 (16/16) with a ranger. The map has 4 chests locked with a bar door and has 4 chambers. when you open a chamber, automatically opens the other 3. i have killed all the monsters and pulled 3 of the swithes, but there's one bugged (the top right). I cant find a staircase do move down and cant pull the last switch.

For some reason every once in a while the character will not attack - neither by clicking nor moving. Really makes this game a lot more difficult than it should be.

Kinda annoying for barbarian that mob killed by traps doesn't affect your own rage or skill cd... (same goes for mob killed by another mob attack...) also the 25% damage boost from 5/5 rage, doesn't seem all that much useful especially when RNG hates you and you are stuck with same starting melee weapon for most of the run... overall seems barb kinda need some reworking or something, out of all the class it appear to be by far the hardest class to play, with how the rage/cd works and the fact you got no mana so all magical oriented equip/weapon are for the most part useless, same goes with tomes... anyway regardless still a great game, lot of fun...

I got stuck because I never found a key and the only way down is via a locked gate. Just so I know to be better with keys in the future, is this supposed to happen?

Can you answer whether a Barbarian can cast acquired spells? It doesn't seem like they can, as the game doesn't register any manna they might have -- they have four bars displayed already. Also, cf. the Barbarian, linking Power Strike to Rage really hurts the class, especially in the higher levels when it's unlikely to make enough kills when you really need that ability to work.
Nope, barbarian cannot use spells due to the mana. I think a lot of these X class is underpowered are more down to personal play style since it seems to vary from player to player. According to the logs generated during 4 months of testing (something like 2000+ recorded games), barbarian has the highest win rate by quite a large margin, so I'm hesitant to change him without more data.

The variable damage changed this from a strategic chess-like to an RNG-fest that feels very unfair at times. When I died in previous versions of the game I almost always felt like it was because I had not been careful or not examines the moves well enough. Now it's just random. Bummer...

You can't *%&king compare the game to chess and continue to hide what the enemies abilities are. Just *%&king killed myself to a deflect mob chasing a timed gate, 2 hours and a fun character down the pisser despite 30+ protection, 90+ life and +5 melee leech. G-*%&king-G . . .
P.S. if the timed gate makes such a loud sound we should be able to tell which direction it is from where sound came from. 8 direction compass instruction would be fine.

I just discovered that you can't enchant Ring of Thunder. It doesn't come up in the available items when you use either an Enchant Scroll or Enchant Table.
