Any good places people recommend where I can get a good level up guide? My stats are fairly spread out, but I'm not sure where to put them in at this point now that I have the first several stat achievements.

Your usual time wasting clicker. Based on older games that were basically the exact same thing. Mostly just a time waster; wouldn't put real hours into something like this.

I know this game is not really for everyone, but I'm a sucker for games like this. That being said, when done well, these games are really good for killing time or just having something to look forward to at the end of a tiring day.

Why won't the RAIDS tab on kongregate, next to CHAT, GAME and ACHIEVEMENTS tabs work anymore? It used to let me join coop bosses, not anymore.

It's fine. Pretty much exactly the same as Mafia Wars from 2008. It started to glitch out a lot by the time I got to level 40, constantly disconnecting, making it a struggle to get to 50 without refreshing every few minutes. Got the badge, will never be back.
