to get your "lost" save file back go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\ *your name* \Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\ *random letters and numbers* \chat.kongregate.com\gamez\0005\5063\live
transfer the .sol file from the "Enigmata.swf" to "EnigmataNew2.swf" and your save file is back...

Oh crud, lost my save files. I was on level 19 with like 40 million. This blows. Not wasting my time on this game anymore. 1/5 for screwing all of us over.

Sweet game! I could honestly care less about the loss of game saves(just gave me an excuse to try a new ship). He made updates and fixed bugs! Amen to that!

ok lets think about a minute... whats better... fixing few bugs that experiance only SMALL amount of players or.... having our saves ok cause it tooks me a lot of time to get where Iam... ok thanks to this update... where i WAS
so... I´m reporting a BUG, some inteligence BUG in your head really clever to update bugs and delete saves... or those saves wheren´t compatible after update? ... again your fault

Excellent idea to have the sound on/off selector before the game. Never seen that before and it's REALLY helpful if you like mucking about at work. I've forgotten to turn off my speakers a few too many times now.

Saved files wiped with update? What's the point? Changed my rating to 1. I'm not coming back to play this game if the saved files are replaced.

WTF is right. lvl 19 with over 20 million spent and all save files suddenly gone. That's enough aggravation for me to change my 5 rating to a 1. Why bother to restart and have it happen all over again? That just really, really sucks.

guys, just like ratmen said: find fchaos.sol, and copy it into enigmatanew2.swf. its a bit harder to find on a mac, but its still there.

First boss is leaking gold like crazy. Have around 20mil and the round won't end. It's happened 5 times in a row now. This happening to anybody else?

J900p, answering your question...I give it 1/5 because I can't give -10 and no, I don't GOTTA deal with it. Hours of play and of my time gone to hell and the whole gameplay experience destroyed to fix some minor glitches. Way to go. 1/5 because -10 is not possible.

you idiots!! just search the fchaos.sol file and copy it from the Enigmata.swf folder to the EnigmataNew2.swf folder and tada ... u have it back

Lost my files also. Was so damm far to.:( It's still a great game no matter what. Not going to cry over split milk. Get a 4/5 of 5 for the bug though.

the problem is, that deleting saves kills all the fun. usually flash games are not exciting enough to be played twice. wont play it again in the next weeks, because doing all the stuff again isnt worth the time.

J900: the rating doesn't say "Do you think this game is good?". Actually I think that this game rocks. But it asks me how I feel about this game. And making me lose the progress of 1 hours+ makes me feel bad. However I changed my rating to 4/5, because I think that this is the best game out there this month. But I won't play it ambitously until the majority of updates ins done ;).

No. The changes are small, actually, it's hard for me to see any of them.
And I can't understand, why apply such minor changes and destroy all the saves in the same time. I prefered the last version. If the author wanted, he could upload both of them, couldn't he?

@drift2drive equip the other (armor to shield) then play a level then unequip it
@nabillionare when you die, the boss goes through the death animation no matter how much health he has left

ok this is bull crap i had both of my saved files deleted.. i had every single thing unlocked but boss world and was on lvl 26(as far as you can get).. i am soo mad i wasted so much time on this stinking game from a 5/5 to a 2/5
