Good game, well balanced.
Only suggest to create new cards one time per year and distribuite them in long time.

Also, as far as i can tell, the percentage chance to win a card doesnt decrease every time you gain a card.
It appears to me that it is a flat chance below a certain break point and then a different flat chance above that certain break point. As best I can tell that break point is at 10 cards as well, or maybe one break at 7 and one at 10 with 3 different flat award rates.

There needs to be better information flow before people pick starter cards. People should be required to read the "how to play" documents before picking starter cards. It should also shout out at you somewhere "you cannot change your starter cards later".
Fixing both of those things would solve more than half of the problems/complaints"
Also, it needs to say somewhere "If you are experiencing something you think might be abnormal, log out and log back in to Kongregate"
That would stop another slew of problems and questions.

@Icy Blaze some of those "l1-2" people that you lose against might be second accounts or have played beta...level only shows how much experience you have really (as in how many games you've played).

They REALLY need to fix it so you can't lose a game by hitting "leave" on the match up screen. Either that or there should be an accept time all the time (for the life of me I can't figure out why sometimes there's a 30 second clock and sometimes not). Have lost twice now after hitting leave after other person doesn't accept in 20-30 seconds and it caused a forfeit because he hit accept at same time. Should be a really easy bug to fix.

The card drop rate is based on a factor of how many cards you currently posses - there is no fixed rate. It's a fair system and it beats the 3% rate of Beta.

ianlane: I was not a beta tester either, which you could guess by my level. I however, had half a brain to know that the starter pick is permanent. I haven’t even actually picked my starters because I am considering circumstances. If people have a problem with their starter cards, make a new account and pick different cards. As other, smart people have commented, this game is about playing, not winning cards.

The game isn't meant to be about winning cards, it's about using the cards you've already gotten. Each week you can fairly easily get a new card from the Challenge and if you don't like the cards you have - There's always the option of using the Random Deck. Why should it be easy to get the full set of cards?

Maggotheart: They give you starter choice of any 3 cards you want. What did you choose? 2 items and 1 hero when you only had one other hero. I have difficulty beginning to tell you how foolish that was. First, you can only have one item on a character, so 7 items dont do squat for your two characters. I cannot feel sorry for someone who made shit choices when they were given freebees.

when i look at the comments, i see a bunch of complainers (as comments often are). The game wasn't made so that people win cards. the game was made to play. the card winning is just a little added bonus.

I think that a failed intercept should be punished... seriously if the enemy is out of range and attack power I can spam it all day and STILL get my extra 20 power next turn... meanwhile they have a choice of just resting or dying... dunno how... maybe like lose 20 power or summat if you miss... it just seems a lil unfair to allow you to just whack a ability that has no negative effect every turn...

I think the problem with the card drop rate only really affects those with a medium number of cards. Those with few can earn them rather easily and those with lots, while they don't get them very often (its been at least 50 wins since my last card) its not a huge deal because they have plenty of cards to choose from. However, people in the middle don't have a lot of choice in their cards and don't earn them as often as they like which makes them unwilling to grind for cards using decks they've played a hundred times. The solution however, already exists! Play random (all) and you'll get to earn cards using characters and items you don't have. I feel that people either don't know this or are unwilling to try it because random is well, random. Sure the decks aren't always going to be well balanced examples of design mastery but it certainly gives variety to those who don't own as many cards as they would like.
