TheC, please learn simple statistics.
1% chance means 1 in 100 games gets you a card.
3% chance means 1 in 33.3333 games gets you a card, or 3 cards in 100 games

I kind of like Popo. And I agree with with Deathtol that cards should be given every level not as a very small random percent chance.

I'm hopeless at the moment but it is good fun - I like it. I won't moan about lag because that's to be expected on a game like this.
(Nice avatar predetor - off Uncyclopedia? :P )

the percent chance that you have to get cards should be based on the ratio of cards you have to the number of crds there are total

apelelhitam im not a programer er anything but that sounds way to compicated and whats to stop some hacker from creating an invincible person?

i agree w chris on points 1,2,3&6
and i suggest a 50% of current energy penalty on switching and intercepting
,
the card chance % should be 10%, not 3%
,
and
my personal fav suggestion(lol), altho im not sure the programmers can make it happen(no offense on your skills guys, its a good game already!),is after reaching some lvl,i suggest 5, we can make our own card!
e.g.
1.choose race
2.name
3.stats
4.special ability(given selection,and propper numbers/% with it, not for e.g. an outrageous 25hp/turn regen)
5.atacks
6.uploead own img
pls send me a comment about my sugestions

lol people are soooo funny. Especially people complaining about the "luck" involved, apparently from Popo. Its almost like you've got to find a way to avoid those attacks...Kongai should have a way to dodge blows or change ranges so that really good attacks need to be launched just so, but they can be easily avoided if you know what you're doing!
In all seriousness, Kongregate, you've made an awesome game.

BladePHF - isn't the point of a potential CRITICAL hit to "drop someone in one turn?"
The whole point of having a CRIT attack is SO you might get lucky and drop someone in one hit... I'm not saying there's no luck involved in the game, but there's a lot more strategy involved than you're giving credit for. Perhaps you just need to play more skilled opponents.

you really need to work on the connection. I was playing and it took forever to respond and then it said I lost because I disconected and I was ranked down.

Playing against the computer; Onimaru tried to ancestral curse my Cornelius 2 times in a row while he is immune, also, he switched the range to far (why would a close range character do that?) For making it short I would say the the IA needs an improvement.

Big, BIG issue here:
The game has huge over-reliance on luck. Let me explain; when an enemy can drop you in one turn because of a lucky critical PLUS a luck poisoning, well, all context of tactics flies right out the window. So far, virtually all my losses (and victories, mind you) are purely based on getting extremely lucky on one of the enemies characters. If I can drop one in a single turn, then I've pretty much won the match.
TL;DR: Too Much Reliance on Luck, Not Enough on Tactics.

card-earning rate is apparently being changed in the future - chance to get a card will be higher for those with less cards in their collection, dropping progressively as one gets more cards, until reaching the current 3% which will be the lower cap.

a collectible card game where you cannot collect the cards due to an insane 3% drop, no trade and no pick when you win a new card....
STUPID!
