This game is very good and it would be a whole lot better if there was a 2v2, more cards, and a begginer zone so us pros wont have to keep bullying nubs.

The game isn't complicated, its just a matter of guessing your opponents move. Being bad at this is like being bad at poker

Fexen, enchant blade +Charkra slash when she has less than 20 hp = 42 damage at 9 speed. She's not weak at close range at all.

Anex with Charm is still vulnerable in close range, at far you can always use some attacks faster than power toss, she is good against characters that play in long range. Best tactic is to keep her close.

use 2x spirit assistance/ 2x hex/2x yoshi chi blast (use scroll)/2x vamp touch/2x oni double slash to defeat anex. there are actuallyalt of ways to beat annex. same with cain.

she isn´t that stong like u act don´t bring her under 20 hp and she is no problem.
juju is the best vs anex i thing, but there are many chars whitch can own her easy

DiomedesDiaz: Eh, There are several characters that do okay versus ValkAnex - CritAnex isn't one of them, though. CandleAnex does decently, as does Oni, Yoshi, Ambro, MLM, and others. She's a powerhouse with a lot of advantages and a hits fleeing attack, but she's not unstoppable.

*shrugs* Swap out to Ashi. Then intercept, since they can't change ranges and have a 0% chance of beating Ashi with Anex at close range, they'll always swap. I've spent all day figuring out ways to beat people who use anex with a valk, and it works pretty well.

runerocker864: Phoebe is *not* good against Anex, and in fact that's part of the reason Phoebe sucks in this meta. So let's say they are at range - even if Phoebe has CritStone, She only has a 48.5% chance of stunning or critting (30.6% otherwise), and then is 98% to eat a powerzone Power Toss. (Granted, if Phoebe wins she's unhurt and when Anex wins she's hurt, but Anex in powerzone is still a huge threat.) Now, when you look further, what is more realistic here? Anex moves close. At close she does more damage than Phoebe, and even if Phoebe later brings it far again her speed is now slower than Anex, and she's getting knocked away before she can Lash.

fexen: The speed is actually HUGE on Anex. 9 Speed at close, 7 Speed hits fleeing, 5 Speed nuke that interrupts Rush of Bats/Spirit Assistance/Hex? It's not unstoppable, but Valk is her preferred item for good reason.

Triple post... *Headdesk* Sorry, but one more thing. I just noticed Phoebe does really well against Anex. With a sharpening stone, she has a 60% chance to kill anex without her being able to strike back (30% from sharpening stone and 30% stun from the move itself).

I just got disconnected from the game... it just says "Waiting for opponent", but it never gives me the option to declare victory, even after time runs down. There should be an automatic tie if neither player moves for over 3 minutes.

Power toss with a valk charm is 5 speed. That makes it faster than Unbutu's SA, which is the other epic long-range attack. Since power toss forces a swap, there's really no way to counter her at long range. Teleport is useful, but MLM is weak overall.

Fexen, are you new? Because valk is considered her best item by 99% of top-tier players and is the only reason that many of them are calling for a nerf.

there is an easy way to get rid of lead off jujus. have ahshi as your first card with valks charm and use power swing. unfortunately i don't have valks charm which is one of the best cards.

anex is a good card against anyone. she is much better from long range than close but can still fight with chakra slash. she is also easily beaten though with constant switching.

Dengare, why are You afraid of Valk/Anex? It's better to equip Anex with General's Insignia, speed doesn't add that much if you hit her hard at close range.

even if anex doesn't get far she can win pretty easily: 1) hide/enchant, 2) ambush/c. slash, 3) get far, b. chakkra -> dead tafari. It isn't a good idea to ambush Anex into her extra damage range.
