i have the worst luck at this game i miss a crapton with good accuracy attacks and i never get crits even with sharpening stone when other people hit crit after crit

i have to agree that the higher sr you go the more it becomes luck than skill...its not rock paper scissors its more like rock rock rock because the top 5 cards are way better than whats under them for all situations, and nothing under them counters them
hopefully the new cards make it more balanced

No it's not. On ambrosia it's pretty sweet, with Vamp kiss you can stay alive pretty long and basically completely blind them.

Support the creators and buy the cards then, pauper. The higher you go, the lower the card drop rate.
To give you a rough idea, I have 290 ranked games and from those 290 I've gotten 9 cards or so.

CantankerousM: I wasn't suggesting that Tafari himself was subpar. If pressed I'd put Tafari and Phoebe somewhere in the middle 10 and Zina in the bottom 5. My point was that the team as a whole was lacking a certain something (no tank, long-range character for a starter, none of the top 5 characters, no character with their preferred item)

Dwarfmaster: almost all cards con rocks if you know how to play them... its partially about luck and the best cards against your enemy... thats all...
what "ingredients" can make you very good? imho its: 30% cards, 20% strategy, 30% luck, 10% opponents wrong moves(of your opponent) and 10% everything else you can imagine :) and if you play random cards, then 70% is luck and rest is pointless without luck in random cards "you are in option" hope I helped you

Then again, playing on random sometimes you get luck screwed before the game even starts. I can't remember the last time andromeda has been in my deck and not been my starting character. I just played a game where my characters were Andromeda, VV, and Yoshi my opponent started Helene with reinforced breastplate. My first thought was, "well, I dont have a way to beat that."

Just because you don't have or can't get cards doesn't make the game bad. I've been playing entirely with random decks and doing just fine. I've just gotten to the level where it seems everyone has all the cards and are playing basically the same deck and this certainly makes the game harder but I'm still doing ok. Just yesterday I managed to beat one of the top players in the game with the relatively subpar Tafari, Phoebe, and Zina.

Why does some people have more than 3 starters? How do they get them, i mean a starter equip? How'd you get that? you only get 3 char cards at the beginning right?
Oh please someone share...

Popo lost me four games yesterday because slingshot didn't hit once. Screw you, flapmeat. When powerhouses like Anex and Yoshi are around, you want to nerf an average card? Seriously, screw you.

twinge, i know youre resistant, but popo seriously needs something done about slingshot. increase its cost to 35. that means you can go far and fire twice - still useful, and not as totally spammable as it currently is. slingshot removes and any all thought from the game when he is used, it just reulst in a total rng fest, and not even switching out effects it (the best way to take out the rng through energy depletion, meaning removal of options) as it can just be spammed almost ad infinitum.
its a silly attack at the moment and needs readjustment. the damage is ok, the hit and crit are ok, the speed is fine, but the cost is WAY too cheap.
