I'm disappointed with this game. I guess my expectations were too high. I find the game too slow and I believe the new users will have a hard time playing with only 3 cards. I have played Urban Rivals a couple of weeks ago and it's mechanisms are really appealing: lots of cards, by leveling up cards you can unlock abilities and there are tourneys every two hours. That kind of format led to a successful flash CCG (thought you have to pay to be competitive), a success that I believe Kongai won't be able to achive with the game the way it is.
I'm a Kongregate enthusiast, I'm anxious to see the release of those microtransactions games, but I'm afraid it may be a business mistake to base most of the website's events on a game that has failed somehow. It may be a good time for Kongregate owners to start thinking about making another game, like a collectible monster game (to appeal for the younger) or a collectible MMORPG, so they can lower their risks.

One other thing wrong with the game is that it humiliates people who don't know the difference between interrupt and intercept

I played with Ashi and it says she is supposed to be immune to interupts... but then I was hit by one. That is asinine. I will not play this game again. Who knows what other things are wrong with it.

it would be nice if the matchups were more compatible..so i dont have to sit and wait for someone of a similar level as me..

Overall I think this is one of the greatest games on Kongregate. It's also the most addictive one (along with Sonny). It reminds me of my (even) younger days when I used to play Duelmasters. Also the graphics are incredible! All I miss are some animations.
I gave it a 5/5 because it's a really great game, with a lot of quality and great grapics. Also I like the fact that it's an never ending game

110 wins... 3 K cards )O: I wish it was less random... perhaps a system where if you have too many or too few it compensates....

Honestly, I really enjoy Kongai. It'd be nice if eventually it could be brought to the next level, and had actual attack animations and such, but for now it's a fun little plaything.

I also thought that I messed with my cards, but the fact is the more you use them, the more you own with them, now I wouldn't change my original cards for nothing.

I messed up on my card selection, there should be a button that you can press to reset your game, cuz right now, i messd up, and can't go back to fix it.

If duplicate cards are not allowed, why can't I replace my starter cards? Or better yet, allow card trading? Essentially, you've convinced me not to try the challenges for cards I already have.

ive plamed like 500 games and met maybe 2 ppl i could tell intentionally stalled. I forfeited and gave them the win. But other times ppl have dropped and given me an unfair win. Its no big deal.

yes i realize some people have bad connection, but when you guys are having a nice fast paced game until he's left with 1 person, that's totally different. and if you check your e-mail and he goes, then he can declare victory.

some people have bad internet connection, if someone is taking to long, just check your email or forfeit. No big deal.

i think we need 3 "check"'s where the timer is greatly reduced, simply because sore losers start make each turn last longer and longer. 1 check per enemy killed. start with 1 check, then when you kill an enemy, you receive another "check". they not only encourage sore losers to hurry up, but they can be implemented in strategy as well because it requires people to think faster, and therefore over look something

well, switching is just too sweet a deal is all. It'd be better if it had a speed (Like, say 7) an any attack faster than that still hits. Or, maybe the opponent gets a free hit on the one you switch with.
