ACTUALLY They are going AFK hoping I will give up so that they win cards...
There should be some kind of protection against that.

I cant tell if its just lag, or if people are intentionally waiting 60 seconds to do their turn because i am winning... Its rediculous

Without luck, you miss some hit, and some effects doesn't apply ...
Without à 100% success rate for actions, personnal luck is everything.
No strategy here, just luck ^^

This is an AWESOME game. I love it. I'm still a bit of a newb in these types of games, but I'm getting the hang of it.

Jack Attack: I say that I don't like playing against the same deck over and over and your solution is to play ranked matches? Ranked matches where I can look forward to nothing except for the same deck over and over again? I don't think you understand my issue. There are, for example, only two players in ranked as I type this. Not only does this mean there is no one for me to play but also but, it also leads me to believe that there isn't a lot of variety in playing ranked.

Jack_Attack:
frankly, its rare that a deck has enough of an advantage over another deck that skill cannot overcome.
Unless you're talking about itemless decks, or things like Tafari with Mindreader's Chalice. But that's bordering on stupidity (Tafari case)
And while it may be rare, it can happen, with maybe a 5% chance? That 5% could be those "noobs" complaining. Rawr.
Tafari with Mindreader's Chalice + Intercept relentlessly = GG whole team! Try it! =)

mirage: only noobs complain about decks/cards. frankly, its rare that a deck has enough of an advantage over another deck that skill cannot overcome.

It's kind of surreal hearing you guys complain about some deck being too good while I've never had trouble with it (I don't know if I've even played it or not). I do pretty good with Helene-Juju-Vanessa, the example deck on the kongregate-kongai wiki (lol).

to genesisfire: Rumiko pwns CC.
First turn evis. Second turn Dart. Third turn evis. then switch out. That is Rumiko vs CC main strategy.

I agree with saltstory1 (how convient our names are the same) the cards are definitly overpowered and I fought on of those decks just now and i beat them but it was close i used Higashi with scroll of inner focus, Cain solomain with phlylactery, and Anex and the sharpening stone it's not a bad combo but I can't gaurentee it will win every time

Ok, not a good explanation. If you use ninjaport and they hypnoed you, as long as you hit something you go to far range. Then, your shurikens are faster than his bloodburn/voidstream/whatever. If you don't mess up, the math is technically with you.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Uh I don't think you're getting it, most people start out with Rumiko's eviscerate. If you get hypnoed, you still teleport to far, and then I either switch to Anex who either Power Tosses CC for 55 damage or uses Boomerang Chakra for 22 damage even if he switches.

CC isn't "owned" by rumiko. First of all, CC doesn't lose energy [at least for now] from failing pb at far. he can come back next turn and do it again. Secondly, he can hypno. Thirdly, he can just voidstream you. (or a blood burn on first turn could do to, if he knows you're going to port+shuriken)

vv is the best person to kill cc no doubt. and if u guys dont see much of the game try hitting F11 to fullscreen mode.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
to beat them it seems that tanks like ashi and onimaru beat cc and yoshiro. even tho they wont kill cc right away the second can kill him and yoshiro easy sense he has no physical defence. for phoebe idk how to kill her well myself.

Alabam happened to me the other way around, played against somoeone who was obviously better in strategy... but his attacks continously missed and I got a series of crits... I felt sorry, but I cannot change it also...

this is a question directed at people with long winning streaks... does anyone ever have one broken in what im starting a call a "streak breaker game"? just games after a lot of wins where it seems no matter what you do you cant win... like the other day a kid got 3 vanessa voss crits i missed a power lash a vampiric touch and got critted by a shiruken barrage with no redeeming luck to me after coming off 15 or so straight wins... m question is does this happen to anyone else? becsause this is about the 3rd or so time its happened to me
