Thorstein: It has less players than a popular mud but this still qualifies it as an mmo i'd say. It's really a dumb title, you could argue anything that supports more than 8 players at a time and offers interaction amongst those not engaged in the same round/activity.

this is not an MMO, it has 200 people playin it on a good day, MMOs are things like WoW and dungeon siege with thousands of players at a time

After searching for an opponent, it finds one, I hit accept and after 30 secs of nothing happening, it gives me a loss?
What?

I don't understand... i was way ahead in this one game, so just for the hell of it i tried casting a full round of 5 curses from amaya (-20% hit chance) ... but after all 5 were on the person they could still hit. obviously they don't stack COMPLETELY or there'd be 0% chance to hit. anyone know exactly how it works?

FM_Seth: I'm pretty sure you're wrong. I got the 60 second disconnect countdown, then I gave some time for him to reconnect, then it jumped to "You have disconnected" and gave me a loss. The second time someone disconnected, I hit the "Declare Victory" button and still got a loss. So I'm at a loss as to what I can do to prevent the other person from disconnecting and saddling me with a loss.

Disconnecting seems to be a cheap way to get wins. Unless I'm wrong, when someone gets disconnected both players have a chance to declare victory, which means the first person to do so gets the win and the other person gets the loss...

as many people have said before, there should be card trading and more cards. also, it'll be a little more fun if the characters actaully MOVE when doing a move (eg ashi swings her axe when she does signature slice)
