The best i would say is Juju, touch of doom costs more than 50 the same weak point for amaya, but it instant death for anyone 4 turns later, hex is a decent long rang attack, and if they have too much def or your close curse of juju always deals 20 damage. healing touch, if used correctly can get you through a pinch, not to mention his innate ability to randomly cure a debuff can save your life (if you get touch of doomed yourself for example) he can't take a physical hit, but if equipped with the feather you don't have to deal with it much.

i'd say amaya is the worst over all character, low hp, low def, one good attack that costs more than 50 (being able to move and use an attack is a huge advantage), however the speed on his best attack isn't bad. One thing i have to note about Amaya is his debuff that affects the teams accuracy. This is by far and away the most annoying debuff in the game as you can stack it to the point where it is impossible to be hit(i found it doesn't work for some reason though...) and because it stacks on the whole team it is a nice move to do if you are unsure whether your opponent will flee or not and don't want to risk it.

phoebe is the best, i had the heal 3 hp a turn thing and used def crack until i had full hp and won with her from a point where it looked like i had no chance....

I like Marquis Le Morte, although he is generally regarded as a weak character. He is very good at surviving, so long as Vanessa Voss is not involved in the picture.
Yep.In fact MLM is not used ONLY because VV pwns him hard

I just wayy pwnd Swimmer1123 who won 1151 battles and lost 303. I won 10 battles and lost 10 and I pwnd him sooo badly. HAHA. I used Amaya, Yoshiro, Higashi, Vanessa Voss, and Cornelius Constantine. GOOD LUCK TO ME!! Yeah!

@Dariusxas
My favourite card is Anex, since I've had her since I've earned her, and she's proven invaluable in every battle so far. Still, I also like Onimaru, Amaya, Rumiko, Cain, Cornelius... You get the point.

onimaru freakin rocks your faces! Best mele guy in the game dude. him plus cain solomon and that archer chick is ownage. all you have to do with onimaru is on your first turn, use his sword flury (so you don't waste a double slash if they change cards) next turn use double slash. if they are below 25% health, they're gonna change cards. So, we intercept. this is like all you have to do on these fools.

@ Savage: Oh, i thought 60% hit, and then 50/50 crit or not crit.
So in total, actually 30% for the crit.
This makes Popo a lot better than i thought...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Problem is not losing because of bad luck. The problem is that because the cards are so well balanced its usually being lucky or unlucky that makes you win or lose. And nothing else.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Is anyone else also experiencing that, when Popo's slingshot hits, it always seems to be the triple critical?
I've never been hit by Popo's slingshot without being critically hit...

lol if i hit 3 miss in the game, and the other people hit 2 crit.. with the same chance .. dont say that it isnt luck...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I agree, Silverpenny. The % chances should be 100/75/50. Nothing needs to miss 2, 5, or 10% of the time. It just ruins the strategy.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game still is built way to much around luck instead of actual strategy. The best laid plan still only works ~25% of the time. This game frustrates more than it is enjoyable. I don't like to win because all of my procs go off and the opponent misses every attack ya know?
