Rambo, what you saw was a bug. It's happened to me a few times. People can't exit out of ranked matches without a loss of rank points, and if someone exits on you then you will get free points.

does your win/loss ratio effect your card drop rate? cause i have terrible win/loss and i get cards every time i win.

CMiner and others: Unfortunately people can back out of ranked matches. I started playing them for a while thinking I could probably find a ranked game as quickly as an unranked because people couldn't run away. However, I soon discovered that people would still see my level and then either wait out the timer without picking a deck or close their browser, avoiding the game. I was very dissappointed when this happened a few times in a row and then returned to open matches.

I don't think the winning/losing ratio count much. I admit that 50% of my winnings are beating newbs since I challenge any player. Since I have 82 wins and 47 losses, that's almost 1:1 win-lose ratio. In addition, luck plays a large part of the game, so probably you just got lucky in some games like hitting 3 crits in a row or your opponent misses 4 times with 90% hit rate.

The chalice challenge is not bad, its a superb intro for newbies. It should be permanent, then people would stop complaining about it. If it gone, we'd just have 2 open challenges than 3.

High number of wins does not equal right to brag, whether over 300 or 10000. As has been pointed out, you can get a high number of wins by just playing lousy people.
You want a good measure of skill? Rank points. Because in ranked you get matched against people near your skill level, and can't back out just because you think you might not win once you see their level. It's a lot harder to get a high Skill Rank than it is to get a high number of wins.

Actually you can't see your skills at all... You can win against multiple lousy ppl, or you can lose to extremely good ppl... Its all compared to you... Like I just started and won against someone with a lot of wins compared to loses... I then lost 3 times in a row

I wasn´t trying to be anyhow offensive, but just as i said, you don´t really see your real skill until enough games have been played, like i was 150-20 at some point, now im only 289-128.

@kernest: chill man... ahhaha. rofl. i've seen neotoxicblitz's record... 172 and ... 31L is it? It's a good ratio indeed don't you think. I guess he got the right to brag :D... we usually have the 2:1 ratio if I'm not mistaken. Either 300W 170L or 400W250L

Dwarfmaster... how then would you explain people from same group fighting with others against their own people, and sometimes being 2 same chars in the game. There is no need for storyline and it would ruin parts of the game, end of discussion.

Man Versus Machine Challenge
Prove your mastery of Kongai and mind reading by shredding Kong-bot three times!
Kong-bot thrice slain – You can face Kong-bot in "practice" mode. He's more machine now than man: twisted and evil.
You completed this challenge Aug. 02, 2008. wow old challenge

It would be great to have the option to challenge your opponent to a rematch after the fight. It should be one of the buttons that comes up after the fight results. To rematch now you have to go back to the menu and create a private game.

I am seeing this "Man Vs Machine Challenge" for a very long time. So bring some new challenge with new card in Kongai.

That challenge will always be the same, and be there for people just starting the game. It's basically telling new players that the game is about figuring out your opponent and intercepting.

OMG how many people hate in when you can say all you want hey hello hi or anything and the person wont even talk back to you talk about busy or arragent

They need to implement something in the qukcmatch system so rank affects who you get paired with because I keep constantly getting paired with people at least 6 lvls above me which is slightly ridiculous.
