what a run of 'bad luck'! 4 out of 5 times tafari's poison dart does not poison. and ubuntu's spirit assistance didn't trigger. it waz the same yesterday too: ubuntu in hand had no pic.
watever else the new ver does, i think it also does bad thingz to the game...

lagerbomber@ I was able to reach rank 30 (so far) with only random deck. Not even picked my starters(another acc). dont complain about overpowered cards..cause there arent hardly any..i might say anex feather hasa a bit more matchups than other cards but in the whole..no cards are better than the other..

Still a quite popular game..i dont understand why the developers has abandoned it. If player has rested for 3 or maybe 5 turns..the oter player should be able to declare victory..how hard can that be to implement? Not hard at all if there actually was anyone working on it
One example..why havent the fixed the AFK issue..

More often than not I can beat a Valk Anex with my deck that doesn't have one but I really hope I get an Anex and another Valk soon. I already have a card I use Valk on and that card won't be replaced when I get Anex. My deck is a good one and with Anex will be unstoppable!

ugh, i'm so sick and tired of having every person using high powered cards while kongregate only gives free card every 2+ weeks, how do you expect one to win when you don't have new cards to level the playing field?

valk annex speed is 9, 7, 5.
who can beat it.
valk annex also can hit fleeing opponent.
Popo dodge almost every single time.
I dont think it's fair.

Twinge, I'm talking about using Valk Anex 1 to 1 fighting other.
Valk Anex would win except maybe Chi blast , Rol , high damage hit. But after a few turn, high damage hit would no be allow to be use by the opponent fight valk annex.
annex are flexible in both range and close and when her low on health, she's can kill.

ddent123: Are you just trolling now? You actually have a decent skill rank so clearly you know how to play, yet you still keep whining about Popo, ValkAnex, and whatever else. Anex is a lot more manageable if you play smartly and simply never* let her have 1-20hp. (Obviously there are some exceptions, but they are fairly rare.)

cc,vv and yoshi are good cards even without items.
Later when u get valkyrie anex would probably be the card of choice.
But ive reached rank 30 with random deck so i wouldnt bother the cards so much anyway.

Jolly, Cain isn't an Amazon, so he can't use crit stone... and RamboBatman is right, the card drop rate is much higher when you don't have any cards, so just play with a random deck then use your starters to fill in the cards you want but don't already have.

Rockshock: If you're just starting you shouldn't pick starters yet. The card drop rate is higher when you have less than ten cards; play using a random deck until you have ten cards and by then you'll have an idea of how the game is played so you won't pick crap cards.

oh and I forgot to mention that this is solo... I reached with a friend that let me build up to see max dmg : cain as explained under with the help of the elder can do up to 400 dmg

can people stop whining bout valk anex? yes its a great combo but its not impossible to beat. You just have to be smart about it and manage her hp. People becoming a bit repetitive

valk annex chance of victory is huge against all player.
can't Flee attack does 48 damage when low health and enchanted blade.

Again, I would like to point out that in the case of pure 1vs1, anex would do best getting close vs phoebe, whether it be valk vs stone or candle vs non-stone... basically the chances for an anex victory there are almost 100%...
