TheCreatorz: the problem with any sort of adventure mode is that an automated player is almost necessarily terrible. Flash certainly can't support a program intelligent enough to accurately predict switches and as a result the best you're going to get for single player kongai is kongbot.

yah know what would be AMAZING, a 3 v 3 adventure mode where there is a story for each kind of card and you have to pick a team from only that kind but later can pick up different cards, some battles would be 1 at a time some would be 2 or 3 fighting at a time, you could win money/items and use it to hire cards or buy items, that would make this game 100000000x better just so you don't have to worry about online all the time

i think the rating for this game should probably be like 4.40, the only reason it dips down where it can't be the top multiplayer game is people like ddent123, who get mad then rate the game 1/5

Jolly: As Ranmbo said, Crane overrides all hit rate debuffs and dodge effects; it is still a bad item choice usually, but it seems as good overall for Higapoo as Insignia anyway. |||| Rambo: That one's been passed down the grapevine, though in direct testing appears accurate. Stun+Bleed always proc together, and if you're using TF they can only proc on one person (but have a chance to proc on each, starting with bench#1 - meaning you're least likely to stun the active opponent.) Herbal Prep is a 50% chance to heal - also passed down the grapevine (I believe people got the numbers from Sirlin or the programmers originally), and also partially tested to appear true.

JollyRotten: Crane used to be terrible and would allow dodges or even misses caused by debuffs. Thankfully, they fixed it so that a character with origami crane cannot miss or be dodged regardless of debuffs.

Twinge: is the bleed/stun proc on mistress' commands really 40%? I knew from experience that it was somewhere around 50 so I just assumed that was it (40% not being attached to any other move in kongai). Did you determine this through testing or by some other means? As regards popo: noone should play popo unless forced. While I don't think popo is particularly good or bad, it does kinda make intelligent play impossible. Good playing involves correctly determining your opponents action and planning yours accordingly. With popo, there is no way for anyone to know whether a given attack is going to be useless, or a character killer. Playing against popo is irritating and trying to play popo intelligently is almost always going to involve flipping a coin and hoping for the best. Also, while we're on the subject, is the life gain on Herbal Prep 40% as well?

Jayerleon: Er, what? Learning from others is how we all learned what we know. Nobody needs to try to figure out everything on their own; if someone knows that Mistress's Command's proc is 40%, for example, it's better that that information gets spread - nobody should have to figure it out on their own. |||| ddent123: Popo is fine. You clearly do not understand how probability works. She's amazing 1/8th of the time, awful 1/8th of the time, and average the rest - she has more variance than most so you're more likely to see her being awful or amazing. SS crits 50%, PD will poison 45% - these numbers are accurate. Sometimes you get unlucky, sometimes you own her face. Besides running someone like MLM for non-physical attacks (note VT is the same speed as KB, not slower), you can also use Crane - it's viable on Higashi, anyway (pretty awful on everyone else though). |||| Caad: 'Range dance' refers to the maneuver phase, changing ranges, and the guessing games involved therein.

feather popo is a character who can dodge attack 4/4 when it's supposedly 50%.
popo use little energy and deal great damage, sling shot and posion.
Popo sling shot supposedly to miss often but it's not (4/4 deal 59 damage). Popo sling shot should/should not be hit rate=50% and critical=50%(right now it's 60%, I think it has never miss once).
A character can dodge attacks, and do huge damage with little energy is a cheat character.

Le Morte works the best, because he can kill popo in two moves, and drains HP in the process. He can also use teleport to change the range, making it impossible to popo to effectively use slingshot.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ddent123: slingshot costs 25 energy, it causes 60 when critical, it dealt you 59 because you had 1 in phisical defense, he cannot drain energy and there's not such thing as "range dance"; if you meant "rain dance" you're talking about Ubuntu which is a different character. if slingshot is your problem simply don't let him go into long range and/or atack him with faster moves; in short range you can use onimaru, higashi or yoshiro with origami crane, so their atacks cannot miss, onimaru is the best option since he cannot be hit by critical hits; or you can use phoebe's or andromeda's light atacks in long range. vanesa voss and ambrosia thorn can also be problem to popo

come down twig!
i didnt diss magic the gathering.

popo has been way too good.
poison to 40+ damage with 25 energy.
sling shot has 60% hit rate and also critical me for 3 times(does not seem it'll miss anymore).
self healing and herbal preparation.
popo can dodge attack 4 out of 5 times.
The popo I fought seems to have all of these unbeatable attribute. Each attack did not miss me.
how can you beat popo now?

HEY JIZZ YOU CAN INSLUT MAGIC DISS CARDS BUT NO ONE INSULTS MAGIC YOU BIG FAT **** OF A **** BECAUSE U R A **********!

i never had to look in the internet because i didnt understand the meaning of a card..
the yugioh series are horrible.. thats why people think the game would be for children. look at magic the gathering, its a game like yugioh and much more people like it because there is NO stupid nonsense in tv or youtube.
but you are right, stop discussing about that now. kongai is also a great game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yugioh is decent, though i'd much rather watch the abridged series on youtube than play it. And Yugioh isn't what you should be commenting about here, it's Kongai.

Yu-Gi-Oh? one of the worst thought through games of the century. Only in that game do you have to have webpages to explain exactly what a card does....
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@zardica
Yu-Gi-Oh is for adults, children are to stupid to play it, do you think that yugioh is easy??
i bet you never visited a real yugi tournament with hundred of pro gamers...

Alright take it easy Merawder...
Listen, to the people that love to share tactics and help out other players, well done.
But please stop being a good Samaritan (for your own ego), let them figure things out for themselves like I and countless others have done.
I am sick of ppl using the same cards and tactics that are shared through chat.
Be original and figure things out for yourself. thanks.

NEW CARDS... PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
in the meantime try alteil.com
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yeah, sure thing jritbj, it's best to leave the game the exact way it is, FOREVAH! NO MORE CARDS, I thing kong could actually remove a few...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The game was made pretty balanced, it'll be hard to keep it that way if we got "new" cards other than the existing ones.
