I was playing Onimaru the Samurai with the Jade Figurine vs. Ambrosia Thorn (not sure which item). She used Vamp Kiss on me, and it worked normally, despite the fact that I had the Jade Figurine equipped. I'm pretty sure that this is a bug, and not dependent on the item that she was using.

Deck editing bug: Make a new deck, add cards, name it, save it. Don't edit deck editing screen. Make more changes, save it, get error "Deck with that name exists". First save should save and then enter edit mode on that deck.

playing tafari vs tafari, we were on long range and we both used leafy trap. Although the attacks were performed at the same time, my opponent got 40 damage (?) and nothing happened to me.

I almost think there isn't enough chance on some attacks. Almost all attacks hit and the ones that miss 1/5 really should either be improved accuracy or lower accuracy of other attacks.

To everyone writing about gem of souls only holding one ability:
I personally have had VVoss with gem of souls get helenes immune to stun and tafari's cant switch out abilities as well as my own (very fun). There is a bug however that if you use an attack like radiance burst (something that hits the enemies entire deck) and kill an inactive player you will gain the ability of the active player. Thus you could kill an inactive character and then the active player and you would gain only one ability with the gem of souls. Also remember that if you are playing VVoss and you kill VVoss you will gain nothing since you already have that innate.

Every character that hits the entire deck with an attack will miss the character that is being switched out and hit ALL the other enemies including the one being switched in.
So yes consistency.

@seeabove, could you rephrase that? It's kinda hard to understand.
@infiniteoracle, if rest would heal you as well, then it'd be a little bit unbalanced. Look at Juju(correct me if I am wrong). He has a skill which heals himself. If rest were to heal him and give back his energy, he could use his healing skill to magnify the effect of rest that gives you health. This would also work with characters with lifesteal.

zina's did mistress command to give her attacks stun. next round she attacks with tiger frenzy and i switch out. my character enters the game stunned ( i guess she was hit). however, if vvoss attacks all with radiance burst as the opponent switches, but the char leaving and entering aren't hit. consistency?

if you're stuck with Andromeda, and you have a close combat fighter, you'll never get up to her and if she has a healing remedy or something, its nearly impossible to win, you should change her innate ability to +5 energy every turn

1- Why do you sometimes lose your action when Phylactery activates?
2- How about a tool-tip that shows up when you hover your mouse over things on the deck construction screen?
3- Why does Gem of Souls only hold one Innate at a time?

movement attacks only cancel a slower attack that has one range, not both ranges. if the attack works at both ranges or is faster/equal in speed to the movement attack it still works normally.

all random generators have high probability of skewness based on an individual. Overall though, it should be a fairly normal probability curve.

I was using Vanessa Voss with the item that takes the innate ability of the guy you kill. After killing two guys in a row, I only had my original innate for Voss and one other. Is there a max for how many innates I can take with that item?

forgive me if this was already commented on, but i think we need a better way to sort the decks--what i mean is some overall display of all the cards, by type or class, and an autosort to pair up cards of the same name, regardless of version. it's hard always scrolling back and forth.

1- If you defeat the last opponent but your character has a burn effect on them that will also defeat them at the end of the round the game becomes a Tie instead of a win... is this intentional?
2- If Amaya has the General's Insignia his attacks don't seem to benefit (any of them, not just appropriate ones).
3- Abilities that move you as part of an attack (Ninja Port, Teleport, etc.) can change the Range so that the opponent's attack is no longer at the appropriate Range. When this happens some enemy attacks seem to be prevented, but others seem to happen anyway (at the incorrect range). Standardizing what happens in this situation is a good idea.

This isn't really a bug, but needs to be fixed:
A lot of people can't find the MUTE button. The Mute Music & Mute Sounds option is under the green "OPTIONS" button on the left-hand side, but a lot of people are making comments that show they don't know that. As the ability to mute is fairly important (if comments on many other games on Kongregate as well are to be believed) then this should be looked into.

there needs to be a record of match time, or maybe a player rating system. these ppl who wait forever trying to make you quit are ridiculous.

Well in my first battle, I thoroughly destroyed the other player with Cornelius' Voidstream/Mirror thingy attack, but s/he quit...this being my first impression of the game, I have to say game is well-made and fun to play, players so far seem dishonest and cheap.

It'd be better if you could physically see the items that you equip to your players when you're using them. Likfe for sharpening stone, the character would have the stone attached to their belt or something. Really good game.

In fact, it is my opinion that all cards of the same name/type should be sorted together, no matter what "release" they are from.

When close with Amaya, pulled a ninja port and forced myself to far distance, but the graphics did not represent a far distance for my character (Amaya) until the opponent completed their attack. This was surprising, but I thought distance change was forced immediately?

if games forfeited / average time are added, i'd suggest only implementing them after level 2 or 3 is attained. when the beta came out i was experiencing internet issues and forfeited probably 10 games due to lag. if that happened with a forfeit counter, i'd never have had a chance to continue playing (no one would have played me after connection was fixed)

Think: Even with gem of souls though, it doesn't benefit VVoss because VVoss doesn't attack with tigers. Doesn't beast feast say that tiger attacks are enhanced?

The only way V Voss gets Beast Feast is when she is using the gem of souls and kills Zina so it is not a bug. Plus V Voss gets the same benifit that Zina would from Beast Feast so it is not a waste.

whenever zina dies the opponent gets beast feast, which is in essence useless because they don't have tigers.. i guess unless its another zina but then it wouldnt be a bug. but when VVoss etc. get beast feast its just useless..

any chance that under a person's stats that Tied matches will be recorded? also possibly the number of games forfeited (i like to avoid those who leave when losing), and/or average length of the person's games (heard that some people are waiting till last second choosing all actions hoping people will leave)
