hmm, game froze when i made a game, played it and the opponent left when the game was starting and all i got was a character on a loading screen forever - had to restart

Perhaps another bug:
Cornelius uses hypnotic stare as zina uses misstresses command. 2 moves later zina uses tiger fenzy and zina gets bleeding and stunned. should the effects of mistresses command be transferred to cornelius even though it's zina attacking? 3 turns later?

I can't see what my opponent's item does. I have to mouse over it, but then I can't see the explenation, but when I scroll down I can't mouse over the item.

It wouldn't be very urgent, but after getting a better AI in single player, it would be really cool to have a story mode.

agree with cytoplasmic. Hope there would be a random mode soon, that would be fun! Also, do any of you think that the weapon animations should be red if it causes bleed, green if it causes poison etc.?

um you could always say the gameplay can be repetitive although still completely different but it doesn't offer much amusement in long runs.but in short doses it's great...I guess that's what he meant^_^

How can it be repetitive? Just use random decks all the time, and it'll never be repetitive. Thats like saying poker is repetitive

I always miss the hit that would make me win.... ( 3 times on 3 and 95% to hit ) ....

something that would be nice would be magic card. They would be card you can play before, after or an attack that would have effects like :
- hit has speed + 1 to 3
- hit will dealt 10 to 30 more damage
- If enemy try to flee, it wont work
- Boost your physical, light or dark defenses by 1 to 5
- hit will dealt 10 to 30 more damage if the attacks is light,dark or physical

aishi is immune to interrupts(example sheild bash,sweep...etc..)while helene to stuns(example:spiked boots,palm,eviscerate...etc...)

Even though Helene says she is immune to stuns, she is also immune to interrupts.
And what is the difference between paralyze and stun?

Helene is not immune to interrupts, she's immune to stuns. And Valkyrie's Charm does work, it boosts speed by 2. Unless the other person

I'm assuming you're talking about Helene. Helene is immune to interrupts, so it wouldn't matter if it tied unless one of them died.

Spirit Assistance is affected by dark resist, but not Bleeding Ritual. Bug or feature?
NicolBolas: On the surface it is a guessing game, but if you are able to adapt to your opponent's strategy, you will be able to counter his moves most of the time. That is how you win.

Juju's ToD is fine. 80 energy and you have to wait 4 rounds? Plenty of time to kill off Juju and damage the next guy. Complaining that an attack hits is just unnecessary.

Another bug:
I used Cornelius hypnotic stare on Juju 4th turn 99 dmg. attack so, that Juju would die after 4th turn, but it didn't work on him.

Calamity - Touch of Doom is a "debuff" that essentially kills you four turns after using it. If you get hit by it, you shouldn't be able to avoid it just by killing the character that put it on you. The same goes for bleeds, poisons, spirit assistance, etc.

I agree with Chadmiller though, i mean Touch of Doom is the only real trump card for Juju up close. IF he can get up close. I mean it costs 80 energy, and needs frickin 4 turns to activate. You could kill 2 fresh cards by then.

hm that was sarcasm right>?and it's JUJU they were talknig about not ubuntu and yes the effects should stay after the opponent dies especially an attack like that that barely ever connects(never even seen it hit yet..)

So, if I kill your Tafari after he poisons me, should the poison come off? Hell, how about I get back all the damage your character dealt after I killed it, that's obviously the way to go right? Because obviously it's ridiculous that if someone hits you with an 80 energy, 4 speed, close only attack that it should actually deal its damage...

ChadMiller: If you kill an opponent there attack shouldn't harm you. It gives you 4 turns to make a move. If your opponent isn't smart enough to switch out his Ubuntu, and I manage to kill him, then i shouldn't get 99 damage. Your input is ridiculous.

I really dislike the fact that a lot abilities have a 5-10% to miss. It's a high enough probability, and it really changes the outcome of the game.
