It's easy to figure out that some cards overpower others. Maybe the "overpowered" ones don't have their weakness out yet, but hell, open palm is nothing against Aisha. Immune to stun. You just need to get the right cards, or atleast hope they have the wrong ones.

popo is overpowered.
poison is too strong, knee bash is too fast (and it has 100% interrupt) and that slingshot almost always hits, taking almost 70% of the opponent's HP.

yes,i think sharpening stone is overpowered. if phoebe's power lash crits. it can 1 hit kill most characters. and vanessa voss is not overpowered. just switch to the character with the lowest dark resistance. then it's innate will be useless.

Van is great when you have the right tactics and items. Same with most of the characters. The differences depend on what characters they are fighting. Against a charcter with higher dark resistnace, Van kicks butt.
Get a crit, and they're gonna be dead alot of times. She is also one of the characters that can attack off screen cards using her burst. Very useful at times.

Took while to figure out mildly entertaining for a while. Games can take too long. Will have to tinker with items.

@soapy no she isn't, she can't beat a close range person in close 1 on 1 and she can't beat a long range person in long 1 on 1. She's also weak to both physical and dark magic attacks, which are far more common than light magic. Poison dart and Voidstream both shread her. She also misses a lot with Double slash, her main attack, as it has a 90% starting hit rate.

I wish I could give this game a Zero, its obviously geared to the "HardCore Kong players, and its basically a glorified pokemon. Just not my style I guess.

3)@rainlow:it must not be as boring as you claim if youve played 1000++ times
4)@ZPCI_Elite:i agree that some animation would be nice, but i think one of the reasons there isnt much is because kong wants to maintain the image that these are cards. also the game is already quite large and will get even bigger with the addition of new cards. animation may make the load time unbearably long for those who already have a long load time

I don't really like that it's so based on a 50/50 guessing game in switching out or not. It's not really mind reading since either choice is equally viable most of the time. It feels like Third Strike sometimes in how it keeps coming down to this. I like it though, I just don't like its reliance on "Yomi."
