same thing happen to me earlier today, it became a battle of will instead of strategies, finish it till the end with my win, but does it really have to take half an hour to do so?

Im very sure that coming up with new cards is difficult. Coming up with the names, attacks, and art. Maybe thats why its taking such a long time.

kong wants people to be interested in kongai. Giving out a few tidbits of info or some artwork isn't going to do anything but generate more interest.

I've seen the art for the new cards but, I think releasing it when they did was a bad idea. As soon as you give nerds a peak at what's coming they become obsessed with it. They should have held the art until they at least knew when the next cards were coming out. As a result we're all acting like children in the backseat of a car asking "are we there yet?" incessently when obviously, we'll know it when it happens. And whenever it is, we'll then have the joy of listening to people complain about how the cards are too broken or too terrible.

PeuDragoon: I think that the close-only cards are pretty good in general but, you've chosen two awful examples to illustrate your point. MLM is actually close-range himself (his only long range move brings him close) and does pretty well against tanks, with general's insignia he kills Ashi, Onimaru, and Helene in two Vampiric Touches. Amaya is a little trickier but, he's got a pretty good game vs. Oni. His matchups vs. Ashi and Helene are fairly dependent on items, his innate ability and how well his opponent manages their energy.

I think all melee only cards are underestimated... They are easy to counter, but in the right situations they make all the diference... Take some powerfull, but low HP cards (Amaya, Le Morte) against a melee only and see how they fare...

Very well done game, professionally made game, A great game which has persuaded me to rate it 5/5. p.s. I wanted to rate it 6/5 but supposedly no-one is playing Kongai, and a minute ago I was in Kongai - Chat Room #2 with 49 other people playing Kongai! But that was the only downside.
